FOOTBALL: Fort Davis 54, Sierra Blanca 8

SIERRA BLANCA Steve Enriquez accounted for 300 total yards and three touchdowns Friday for Fort Davis, which clinched a playoff berth by dominating Sierra Blanca 54-8.

The Indians (7-1 overall, 2-0 Six-Man District 7 Division I) are tied for first place with sixth-ranked Rankin, and the teams will play for the district title next week in Fort Davis.

Francisco Perez rushed for two touchdowns and caught a TD pass, and Christopher Stephens and Quentin Mathes also had scoring receptions for the Indians. Hunter Hurley and Perez combined for 13 tackles defensively, with Perez and Alex Langham recovering fumbles. 

Game ended at halftime by 45-point rule.
