ANDREWS Billie Darcy, 83, of Andrews, died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, at Mo’s Country Living in Andrews.

She was born in Atoka, Okla. She was an Avon sales representative.
SURVIVORS Daughter, Susie Stroud of Andrews; son, George Darcy of Andrews; brother Buster Dover of Three Rivers; sister, Faye Vaught of Lubbock; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
