Economy may be a factor in types of crime

THE STORY: Odessa Crime Stoppers Executive Director Susan Rogers said she felt Odessa’s economy may be a factor in the kinds of growing cases she’s been getting: thefts, robberies, credit card and debit card abuses — and a plethora of beer runs.
