Comments 0 | Recommend 0County Judge Susan Redford, in the Aug. 20, 2008, OA pushed the idea of hiring a new county project manager, noting the county stands to save a lot of time and money with the new position.
Charley Reese, a columnist carried in the Midland Reporter-Telegram's Aug. 20 edition wrote, "Government is inherently incompetent, and no matter what task it is assigned, it will do that task in the most expensive and inefficient way possible." Bet ole' Charley is a whole lot closer to the truth that Ms. Susan.
