YOUR COMMENTS:
>> oldknowitall: "I would find it ironic that Commissioner Simmons is so ready to meet with the Insurance Company to avoid a courtroom. Where was he and the other commissioners when this whole mess started when Janis Morgan violated Mrs. Jordan's civil rights. Sound like they neglected this matter till it grew into this $300,000 mess. Pay up and learn a lesson."
>> samwise: "You guys aren't looking at this logically. First of all, Janis Morgan can't be fired. She was elected. Second, if this was retaliation, why'd she wait three years? This was clearly not a violation of civil rights. Donna Jordan was an upstart who was unsatisfied since she lost the election. She quit doing her job.
"If someone's a bad employee, you should be able to fire them. Letting someone go three years after an election and saying it's bad grapes over an election is stupid."
