THE STORY: Ector County’s 2010 Warrant Round-Up has been the most successful in its three years. Odessa City Councilman Benjamin Velasquez has even taken advantage of the offer.

In my humble opinion there is not a single person on that council who has ANY common sense when it comes to using tax payers monies,,,waste and helping out the good old boy system is ALL they care about.
