The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

CRIMINIAL MISCHEIF

>> An Odessa woman reported someone she knows damaged the paint on the driver side of her 2010 Ford Mustang between 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Kelly.

 

FORGERY

>> Albertsons, 2751 West County Road, reported someone forged a check and attempted to cash it between 2 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. Wednesday.

>> Odessa-based Trans Pecos Trucking reported someone made and passed checks at N-N-Out Store, 3226 W. 10th St., on Nov. 12.

 

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> An Odessa man was arrested at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Muskingum.

Jose Luis Jimenez, 33, 3721 N. Texas Ave., is charged with possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, and some misdemeanor charges. He was being held Thursday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $17,715.

 

THEFT

>> Stars Drive-Inn, 1015 E. Eighth St., reported someone took payroll checks that included employee information worth a total of $2,750.20 Wednesday.
