The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police. Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

>> A 31-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a family member reported he hit her, pushed her down and then threatened her with a steel pipe, swinging it at her head at 10:10 p.m. Sunday in the 4600 block of Oakwood Drive.

Sonny Silvas, 4600 Oakwood Drive No. 80, was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

>> A 28-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after an Odessa woman reported that he assaulted her and showed a weapon between 2:30 a.m. and 3:50 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Milburn Avenue.

Fidel Poppy Carrillao, 1115 Milburn Ave. Apt. 2N, was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> Mi Mariachi, 1001 Graham Ave., reported someone caused a total of $350 in damage to a window, door and screen, entered the building and took a lock worth $20 between 10 p.m. Monday and 6:23 a.m. Tuesday.

>> Water Wizards, 1203 S. Grant Ave., reported someone entered the business, caused $400 in damage to a dollar bill insert and took an unknown amount of cash between 10 a.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Sunday.

>> 7-Eleven, 3660 W. Eighth St., reported someone caused $500 in damage to a door, entered the store and took a 12-pack of beer worth $18.49 between 1 a.m. and 1:15 a.m. Saturday.

>> Waxahachie-based Green Eagles Construction reported someone entered two separate buildings that were under construction and took two washers and two dryers worth total of $1,286 between 6:30 p.m. Oct. 1 and 7:30 a.m. Friday at 1147 Avenida De Mexico and 1100 Tom Davis.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $150 in damage to a door frame, entered her home and took a video gaming system, laptop computer and speaker worth a total of $1,000 between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of East 35th Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone caused $300 in damage to a door, entered his home and took a TV, Blu-Ray player, Internet receiver and 50 movies worth a total of $2,329 between 10:30 a.m. Sept. 22 and 10 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 800 block of West 17th Street.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $150 in damage to a back door frame, entered her home and took two video gaming systems, an MP3 player and two pillow cases worth a total of $733 between 8 a.m. and 5:28 p.m. Tuesday in the 4200 block of San Jacinto Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took an undisclosed amount and type of property between 7:30 p.m. Oct. 1 and 6 a.m. Friday in the 1200 block of Coronado Avenue.

>> An Odessa man reported three known people, including a family member, entered his home and assaulted him, causing minor head injuries at 12:15 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of East 36th Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone caused $250 in damage to a door, entered his home and took a TV worth $1,200 along with a jewelry box of unknown value between 3:30 p.m. and 9:47 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Driver Avenue.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took a window-unit air conditioner, a TV, VCR/DVD player and cable box worth a total of $950 between Sept. 24 and Friday in the 1800 block of Adams Avenue.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his dark gray 2007 Dodge Charger and took a scanner worth $3,800 between 7:30 p.m. Monday and 7:50 a.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of East 10th Street.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her white 2007 Chevrolet Uplander and took a laptop computer, digital camera, 20 DVDs and 50 CDs worth a total of $2,400 along with $150 in cash between Monday and 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of West 20th Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered a tool box on an undescribed vehicle and took an electric threader and four thread dies worth a total of $1,600 between 7:30 p.m. Oct. 1 and 5:30 a.m. Friday in the 2100 block of North Muskingum Avenue.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE

>> An Odessa woman reported someone took her wallet and used her credit card at 6:45 a.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of North Tom Green Avenue. The wallet and credit card were later recovered.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $2,500 in damage to her white 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 1 and 8 a.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Wilson Street.

>> An Odessa woman reported a known person caused a total of $2,500 in damage to four tires, a door and seat on her 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer between 2 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 2700 block of Redwood Drive.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card on Sept. 25 at 7-Eleven, 2700 Andrews Highway.

>> An Odessa man reported someone used his debit card between July 25 and Sept. 11 at Wal-Mart, 4210 N. JBS Parkway.

>> An Odessa man reported someone used his debit card between Sept. 25 and Sept. 30 over the Internet from an unknown location.

EVADING ARREST DETENTION

>> A 40-year-old Pecos man was arrested and charged with evading after police reported he fled on foot from an officer while he was being arrested on another charge at 9 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 1100 block of East Fourth Street.

Thurman Williams, 702 S. Peach St., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $30,000.

>> Police reported a known man fled from authorities at 5:45 p.m. Friday at the H-E-B parking lot, 3801 E. 42nd St.

FORGERY

>> A Sicklerville, N.J. woman reported someone passed and signed one of her checks on Aug. 21, 2005 at Chili’s, 5025 E. 42nd St.

>> Ector Lions Club and Bingo Hall, 328 Dobbs Ave., reported someone passed a counterfeit $100 bill between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday.

>> An Odessa man reported someone forged his name on a check on Oct. 1 in the 1200 block of East 14th Street.

FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

>> A Killeen man reported a known person used his ID at 3:13 p.m. June 9 in the 1000 block of North Dixie Boulevard.

>> An Odessa man reported someone used his ID on Aug. 20 in Buffalo, N.Y.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 58-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at 9:57 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of East 10th Street.

Arthur Nickerson, 801 Snyder St., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

>> A 24-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance following a search warrant at 9 a.m. Oct. 1 in the 100 block of West Mable Street.

Kortney Lynn Powell, 118 W. Mable St., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $18,500.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA

>> A 20-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with a felony count of possession of marijuana following a search warrant between 11:30 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. Friday in the 3800 block of Penbrook Street.

Sammy Juarez Baeza, 3843 Penbrook St. Apt. 130, posted a $7,500 bond Saturday.

POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE / POSSESSION OF COCAINE

>> Police reported someone had methamphetamine and cocaine at 12:04 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of East 52nd Street. No arrest was reported.

RETALIATION

>> An Odessa man reported a known person threatened to kill him if he called the police to report another crime between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of South Grant Avenue.

ROBBERY

>> A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old man were both arrested and charged with robbery after a cashier at Hastings, 3895 E. 42nd St., reported they demanded money from him, taking an unknown amount of cash between 10:15 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. Tuesday.

Richard Noguer, 320 Douglas Drive, and Nino Nuger, of the same address, were both being held Wednesday in the Ector County Detention Center, Noguer on bonds totaling $51,000 and Nuger on a $50,000 bond.

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him and took an undisclosed amount and type of property, giving him second-degree burns, bruises and facial injuries in the process at 9 p.m. Sept. 27. He took himself to Medical Center Hospital.

>> A 21-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with robbery after H-E-B, 3801 E. 42nd St., reported he and two others threatened employees while taking an 18-pack of beer worth $14.99 at 5:40 p.m. Friday.

Christopher Jim Dominguez, 2720 Walnut Ave., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

TAMPERING OR FABRICATING PHYSICAL EVIDENCE WITH INTENT TO IMPAIR AN INVESTIGATION / POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 33-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair an investigation and possession of a controlled substance after an officer reported observing him destroying cocaine in his car during a traffic stop at 2:15 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Terlingua Avenue.

Ismael Espinosa, 915 E. 15th St., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $40,000.

THEFT

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his 16-foot trailer worth $1,500 on Sept. 10 in the 1300 block of Wilson Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone took an inflatable "jumper" worth $1,500 between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of East Eighth Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone took three tires and three wheels worth a total of $3,000 off of a tan 2008 Chevrolet 1500 between 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 10:20 a.m. Sunday in an alley behind the 700 block of South Grant Avenue.

THEFT OF A FIREARM

>> A Monahans man reported a known person took his .22-caliber long rifle worth $120 between 10:30 p.m. Aug. 29 and 6:30 p.m. Monday in the 2700 block of Beechwood Street.

THEFT OF PROPERTY WORTH LESS THAN $1,500 WITH TWO OR MORE PRIOR CONVICTIONS

>> A 48-year-old north Odessa man was arrested and charged with theft of property worth less than $1,500 with two or more prior convictions after Wal-Mart, 4210 N. JBS Parkway, reported he took three packages of sirloin steaks worth a total of $34.18 between 6 p.m. and 6:14 p.m. Tuesday. The meat was recovered.

Robert Thomas Teston Jr., 6300 Ft. Worth Ave., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his white 1995 Toyota T-100 of undetermined value between noon Oct. 1 and 2 a.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Idlewood Lane.
