Hot pizza, good cause

Domino’s Pizza is answering the call of the Odessa Volunteer Fire Department Tuesday.

Odessans can call or visit any of the four Domino’s Pizza locations, order a pizza and say it’s for the benefit of the Odessa Volunteer Fire Department.

For every pizza ordered Domino’s will donate $1 to the volunteer fire department.

The Odessa Fire Department has been working for the past several weeks to raise funds for personal protection equipment, including new facemasks, air packs, and new uniforms.

The public can also visit with volunteer firefighters from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Domino’s Pizza, 9001 W. University Blvd.
