ODESSA Ali Ashley and Matt Blasi, both of Houston, plan to marry Oct. 15 at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Donnie Williams officiating.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. James and Alissa Goates of Odessa. She is a graduate of Permian High School and a graduate of Baylor University with a bachelor of arts degree in communications. She is employed by Halliburton in Houston.
Her fiance is the son of Ronald Blasi of Atlanta, Ga., and Evelyn Blasi of Woodstock, Ga. He is a graduate of Roswell High School in Georgia and a graduate of Baylor University with a bachelor of business administration degree in real estate and entrepreneurship. He is employed by Hartman Income REIT in Houston.
