Ray Beaver
Comments 0 | Recommend 0ODESSA Our "Pop" went to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 10, 2008.
Pop was born Wednesday, September 16, 1936, in Robert Lee, Texas. After moving to Odessa in 1963, he worked for Yale E. Key for 30 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Beaver, of 51 years. He was also dearly loved by his children: son, Eddie Beaver and his wife, Diana; and daughter, Sharon Callendar and husband, Buck. He was "Pop" to six grandchildren; Elexus Gaddis, Stephanie Flores, Chris Callendar, Ashley Webster, John Callendar and Hunter Beaver; and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Jimmy Beaver and Kenneth Beaver and one sister, Rheta Osborne.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at Acres West Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Gaddis officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.
