Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at First Baptist Church. Burial will be at Rock-springs Cemetery in Rocksprings. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Rocksprings. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Rocksprings.
SURVIVORS Husband, Jackson L. Babb; son, Bruce Babb of Odessa; daughter, Paula Cox of Leakey; brother, Carson Gilmer of Rocksprings; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
