Felipa ‘Phillys' Ortega De La Paz

ANDREWS Felipa "Phillys" Ortega De La Paz, 66, of Andrews, died Monday, June 16, 2008, at Permian Regional Medical Center.


Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Isodor Garcia officiating. Private graveside services will be at Andrews North Cemetery. Arrangements are by McNett Funeral Home.


 She was born in Study Butte. She was a member of La Nueva Jerusalem Church.


SURVIVORS Husband, Miguel De La Paz Sr. of Andrews; daughters, Lourdes Bueno of Healdton, Okla., Anna Belle Figueroa of Andrews and Crusclia Davis of Holcomb, Kan.; sons, Miguel De La Paz of Andrews and Ruben De La Paz of Denver City; brothers, Francisco Ortega of Marathon and Aponilar Ortega of Andrews; sisters, Rosa Gomez of Pecos, Anita Agular of Murchison and Ernestina Henderson of Buta; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
