ALPINE Anita Cordova Rojo, 86, of Alpine, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, in Fort Stockton.

Services are scheduled at 10 a.m. today at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Mike Alcuino officiating. Burial will be at Holy Angels Cemetery. Arrangements are by Alpine Memorial Funeral Home.

She was born in Terlingua. She was Catholic.

SURVIVORS Son, Joel D. "Sonny" Rojo of Alpine; daughters, Maria Elia Melgoza of San Antonio, Norma Bermudez of Alpine, and Blanca Ramirez of Pasadena; brother, Mauricio O. Cordova of Alpine; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
