YOUR COMMENTS:
>> "What bothers me about this whole deal is that she has been in trouble BEFORE for drinking and driving and not having her kids in car seats! That shows that it was not an "accident" but a choice. So she dropped out of school and had a baby at 15, whose fault is that and why should it be brought to issue?? It was certainly not the fault of the 8 month old baby she voluntarily held in her lap while driving drunk. I only hope that she doesn't get custody of her other children so that they may have a chance at life that the baby didn't have."
>> "She will have to live with this the rest of her life. This would be prison in itself. A peronal hell while the baby has made its way home to heaven. God bless this precious angel."
>> "As the old saying goes "God will get you for that" and believe you me He will. And the jury should have to see that baby's face everytime they close their eyes, for letting her get by with this, let us pray she doesn't do the same thing again and the other 2 be injured. By the way our tax dollars probably paid for all her trial and medical bills, stop and think about that, and we will continue to pay for it."
>> "My heart goes out to Noemi Acosta. Yes, it was wrong for her to be drinking and driving with her children in the car. But I also feel that everyone has a moment in their life time where they know they did wrong. And it seems as if she has deep remorse for her actions. I know that if she could take everything back that she would. I don't think right now she needs for any one to be judging her. I pray that the jury gives her probation and that she can be reunited with her two daughters because those two little girls are whats going to help her to continue on. My prayers are with her and her family."
>> "Too bad the baby didnt have 3 years!"
