IRAAN A 69-year-old Dublin, Texas, man sustained no injuries after a plane crash at 10 a.m. at the Iraan airport, a Pecos DPS representative said.

The landing gear on John Roe’s 1970 Cessna 310 plane did not deploy, although he was able to get the plane safely on the ground, the representative said.

It was not known whether Roe failed to deploy the landing gear or whether it was a mechanical malfunction, the representative said.

Roe was the only person in the plane and he was not transported, the representative said.
